Prosecutor: Dad was shopping while leaving son in tub (w/video)

A 45-year-old man charged in connection with the death of his 10-year-old disabled son is accused of leaving the boy in the family's bathtub while he went to the store. Prosecutor Amanda Skillern this morning said Jeffrey Singer told authorities that on April 12 he went to a store and when he returned to his Pasadena apartment his son, Jonathan Singer, was in a bathtub full of water.
