Two dead in apparent murder-suicide in east Houston
A man shot and killed his estranged wife and later turned the gun on himself in an apparent murder-suicide this morning in east Houston, police said. The two argued at Woodforest Chase Apartments in the 12700 block of Woodforest just before 8:30 a.m., and the woman retreated to her car and locked the doors, investigators said.
